Jose Gomes, Renan Secco, Ben Boyce have been invited to compete in New Zealand’s first Submission Only event.
Bringing to Wellington for the first time ARTAXIAS Jiu Jitsu Fight Night! Bought to you by Elemental Events Ltd and Combat Room Jiu Jitsu.
The first night of its kind to New Zealand, twenty of New Zealand's best BJJ exponents will gather to showcase the technical skills and intricacies of the beautiful art of Jiu Jitsu.
A highlight of the evening will be the BJJ competition format consisting of one full 20 minute round with no points system on offer and no majority decisions. The only way to win the fight is to win by submission.
Expect to see some high level grappling skills on offer as well as a format that promises to provide some spectacular matches and submission finishes from some of the countries best BJJ exponents.
