In-House No-Gi Tournament.

Well done to everyone that competed at yesterdays No Gi in-house tournament.

Congratulations to Felipe Aguilar for taking first place, submitting Ashley Smith in the final match via a triangle choke. The prize for first place is flights to Auckland and entry to the New Zealand No Gi Nationals in November.

Overall some really good fights and quality Jiu Jitsu.

Well done guys.

However there is still a lot of work to do before the National No-Gi tournament on 8th November. Make sure everyone is showing up to training in order to help everyone get ready to compete.
